World Economic Forum Geneva is seeking a Head of Business Engagement, Asia Pacific to lead the Forum's partnership strategy and commercial growth in the Asia Pacific region. You will build and lead a regional team, engage with CEOs and senior executives, and drive multi-stakeholder value for partners.

You will shape the Forum's agenda for Asia Pacific, manage a complex pipeline, and ensure disciplined execution with cross-functional collaboration across our global ecosystem.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of experience in business development, strategic engagement or stakeholder management.
• Deep knowledge of Asia Pacific markets and business landscape.
• Proven track record with CEOs and C-suite executives.
• Ability to translate strategy into tailored engagement plans.
• Strong leadership and people-management experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Forum's partnership strategy and commercial growth across Asia Pacific, defining and executing a regional plan aligned with priorities.
• Lead and develop a high-performing regional business team, delivering against KPIs including partner acquisition, retention and portfolio expansion.
• Build and sustain relationships with senior executives across Asia Pacific as a strategic advisor.
• Drive business development across industries by cultivating a robust pipeline and converting opportunities into partnerships.
• Drive long-term success of the partner portfolio through proactive stewardship and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with Heads of Industry and other senior colleagues to coordinate engagement efforts and deploy expertise effectively.
