Zusammenfassung

The World Economic Forum is seeking an Account Manager, Africa, to manage a portfolio of Partner accounts and engage senior executives in Forum events and communities.

You will develop and implement engagement strategies that strengthen relationships with CEOs and C-suite leaders, while coordinating with internal teams to deliver a seamless Partner experience. The role reports to the Head of Business Engagement, Africa.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of Africa’s business, economic and political landscape.
• 5+ years in account management, client relationships, business development or similar external-facing role.
• Proven experience managing relationships with senior business executives.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication and influencing skills with C-suite executives.

Aufgaben

• Manage Partner (Account) relationships with senior representatives and lead regular engagement.
• Engage Partners in relevant industry work and initiatives.
• Monitor engagement, business developments and account health for growth opportunities.
• Develop engagement strategies for Partners and shape executive agendas.
• Collaborate with Industry, Regional, Centre, Event, Finance and Sales teams to deliver partner experiences.
• Measure success by partner engagement, retention and strategic execution.
