Amentum seeks a Supply Supervisor to lead the Supply and ATO team at McMurdo Station during austral winter. You will supervise, train, and develop staff, ensuring safe, accurate processing of ASC and NSF material and coordinating with NSF, military, and agency officials.

You will drive inventory control, staff planning, and performance reviews while managing ATO operations, ensuring readiness for flight schedules and town/airfield support in extreme cold environments.

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS in Logistics or Supply Chain Management with 1 year of related experience, or 5 years in T&L in Antarctica.
• At least 3 of 5 years in a supervisory role.

• Ensure operations procedures are followed and identify changes to improve processes.
• Coach and develop supply technicians in ERP, inventory, and air transportation operations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and generate reports to identify improvement areas.
