Zusammenfassung

Amentum seeks an Inventory Data Specialist Lead to plan, monitor, and review trainings and inventory integrity, supervise staff, and ensure efficient issuing, receiving, and management of materials for ASC and NSF operations, including winter aircraft support.

You will develop processes, QA paperwork, generate reports, and train Supply personnel on Maximo and related systems across the station and South Pole.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED.
• Four years’ experience in inventory/materials management, warehousing, purchasing, cargo/transportation, or supply chain logistics, or related Antarctica experience.
• At least two of the four years’ experience must be in a supervisory role.

Aufgaben

• Maintains workplace duties and ensures safety is the highest priority in the workplace.
• Processes inventory transactions to keep records current and accurate (issues, returns, adjustments, location changes, etc.).
• Reviews and corrects records to maintain the materials database.
• Familiarizes with ERP, Maximo, cargo tracking, and related systems; assists customers and staff.
