Qualifikationen

• BA/BS Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management or three years of equivalent experience in logistics or related fields.
• Minimum of two years’ supervisory experience.

Aufgaben

• Assist the Supply Supervisor in overseeing day-to-day supply logistics operations and providing a broad range of coordination for the department.
• Collaborate with internal Supply teams to gather and maintain reporting data for weekly reports.
• Coordinate and monitor receipt, storage, and distribution of supplies, ensuring quality and safety standards.
• Assist in managing labor allocations for all Supply personnel.
• Train and maintain SOPs, ensuring documentation is tracked and up-to-date.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile stock with records.
