Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in inventory/materials management, warehousing, or related fields; Antarctic logistics a plus.
• Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint and ERP/Maximo experience.

Aufgaben

• Maintains workplace duties and ensures safety is the highest priority.
• Complies with ESH, waste management and QA requirements.
• Processes inventory transactions and maintains records.
• Receives, stores and documents materials; supports forklift operations.
• Examines items for damages; reports discrepancies.
• Builds strong relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Documents incoming/outgoing materials and assists outbound shipments.
• Investigates discrepancies in receipt and stock control.
• Operates ERP and Maximo; performs data entry and corrections.
• Maintains clean warehouse and Outside Storage Area (OSA).
• Conducts physical inventories and stock maintenance.
• Provides status updates to requisitions and deliveries.
• Cross-trains with Transportation and Logistics; may operate heavy equipment.
• Trains in vessel offload procedures; adaptable to shifts in 24-hour operations.
• Completes annual training in light vehicle, forklift and inventory systems.
• Assists with runway operations during seasonal transitions and winter flights.
• Performs other duties as assigned; outdoor work in varying temperatures.
