Qualifikationen

• Associate degree plus 1 year of experience in inventory/materials management, warehousing, cargo, transportation or supply chain logistics.
• One of the three years’ experience must be in a supervisory role, or two seasons in T&L/Antarctica.

Aufgaben

• Supervise Supply Technicians and Apprentices and coordinate shifts or work groups.
• Ensure compliance with safety, ESH, Waste Management and QA requirements.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and generate reports to monitor metrics (retrograde, inventory accuracy, quality, expenses).
• Manage all incoming and outgoing material shipments for the assigned area.
• Coach and develop staff in ERP, customer service, and inventory processes.
