Job summary

Rosedge Capital AG in Zurich seeks an Analyst/Associate with 2–5 years’ experience in leveraged finance, private equity/credit, M&A advisory, or related fields. You will perform rigorous financial analysis, develop detailed models, and contribute to client-focused deal execution.

The role offers hybrid work and exposure to senior management and a pan-European client base, with opportunities to develop financing solutions across Europe.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in finance/ advisory roles (leveraged finance, private equity/credit, M&A advisory, transaction advisory, or consulting).
• Strong analytical and modeling capabilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent writing and communication skills and ability to build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business models, industries, and markets using research and diligence materials.
• Build and analyze fully integrated three-statement financial models to assess debt structures and investor returns.
• Prepare high-quality credit memos and transaction presentations.
• Support review and negotiation of term sheets and credit agreements with supporting analysis.
• Assist marketing efforts, networking, and pitch preparation.

About Rosedge Capital

Rosedge Capital is an independent advisory boutique focused on helping business owners, investors and lenders navigate complex financing situations across European markets. We advise clients on acquisitions, portfolio refinancings, fund financings and capital raises, while selectively supporting strategic transactions through M&A advisory and deal origination. Job description & responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated Analyst with 2-3 years’ experience or an Associate with 3-5 years’ experience in leveraged finance, private equity / credit, M&A advisory, transaction advisory, or consulting. As an Analyst / Associate with Rosedge Capital, your main responsibilities will include:

• Analysis: Analysing business models, industries, and markets through research, investment memo's and due diligence materials; evaluating financial performance and key value drivers
• Financial modelling: Building and analysing detailed, fully integrated three-statement financial models to assess the impact of debt structures on cash flow, covenants and investor returns
• Transaction marketing documentation: Preparing high-quality credit memos and other transaction-related presentations
• Legal documentation: Supporting the review and negotiation of term sheets and credit agreements, and defining supporting analysis and arguments for negotiation purposes
• Business development: Supporting marketing initiatives, networking efforts and pitch preparation
