Zusammenfassung

FinanceTalent is seeking a senior corporate finance professional to analyze annual accounts, build robust financial models, and support M&A transactions in Switzerland. You will prepare term sheets, information memorandums, and client reports while collaborating with banks, auditors, lawyers, and authorities.

Travel is expected domestically and internationally. The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree in finance, at least five years in corporate finance or related fields, and strong valuation

Qualifikationen

• Master or higher in finance, banking or economics.
• At least five years of professional experience in corporate finance, M&A, investment banking, financial analysis, valuation or financial due diligence.
• Proven experience in supporting M&A transactions.
• Strong knowledge in financial modelling and company valuation.
• German at C1 level and English at B2 level; Spanish and Russian at B2 level advantageous.
• Driving license category B.
• Willingness to travel regularly for business, domestically and internationally.
• Analytical, structured and independent working style with high customer orientation and impeccable professional reputation.
