MÉDECINS SANS FRONTIÈRES seeks a medical platform leader for the AMR platform to guide strategic priorities and coordinate cross-functional collaboration across MSF units. The role emphasizes policy development, stakeholder engagement, and annual planning to advance MSF's AMR vision.

The position requires medical background, MSF experience, and strong leadership to drive learning, advocacy and operational research across MSF offices in Europe. Initial contract is 3 years with renewal options.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent in English; French/Spanish an asset.
• Mature with strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to represent MSF in meetings and external fora.
• Ability to work and report independently; motivate and lead colleagues.
• Willingness to travel in Europe and to conference locations.

Aufgaben

• Lead and update the AMR Intersectional Platform agenda to stay relevant for MSF practitioners.
• Coordinate platform membership, tasks and annual plan with a collaborative approach.
• Organize meetings and maintain minutes, insights, documents and contact lists.
• Ensure communication with internal and external stakeholders and provide representation.
