Médecins Sans Frontières Suisse in Geneva, Switzerland, seeks a Head of Learning & Development to lead the OCG L&D function, define and evolve the multi-year program, and align learning with HR strategy and operations. You will manage a team, budget, and partnerships across the MSF Movement, reporting to the HR Director, contributing to a culture of continuous development.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Education or demonstrated equivalent experience.
• Significant experience in Learning & Development or people development, preferably in a complex international and multicultural environment.
• Experience leading and developing teams and managing significant programmes and resources.

Aufgaben

• Defines and steers the L&D strategy and multi-year programme, translating priorities into plans.
• Advises the HR Director and stakeholders on learning, development, leadership and capability needs.
• Leads OCG-wide learning and development approaches, ensuring quality and impact.
• Manages the L&D budget and resources with effective use of funds.
