Qualifikationen

• Degree level education desirable with knowledge of frontline service delivery and communication skills.
• Experience in a highly pressured, multicultural supervisory role within a shift environment.
• 5–7 years in service, hospitality, airline or retail with aviation/travel knowledge.
• Mature personality with outstanding communication and supervisory abilities.
• Ability to balance guest-centric focus with corporate priorities and coordinate teams on shift.

Aufgaben

• Oversee passenger and aircraft handling operations on a shift, ensuring checklists and brand requirements are followed.
• Manage safety and security outcomes through hazard identification and compliance monitoring.
• Coordinate VIP/MAAS, PRM and special guest planning and execution on duty.
• Liaise with Guest Control, Network Control and SOC to minimize disruption and protect service quality.
• Deliver and rehearse station emergency response, disruption planning and business continuity.
• Ensure on-time performance on a shift basis with accurate delay reporting and follow-up.
• Promote airport ancillary sales and monitor process compliance against targets.
• Maintain and report customer service standards and KPI performance.
• Ensure adherence to local authority documentation and reporting requirements.
• Make day-to-day operational decisions to manage safety and security risks on shift.
