Etihad Airways in Zürich is seeking a proactive airport operations leader responsible for planning, directing and supervising on‑shift activities, ensuring safety, security, quality and regulatory compliance across the station. You will oversee all elements of operations while on duty and drive on-time performance.

You will coordinate guest handling, VIP arrangements, and disruption recovery with Guest Control and Network Control, while maintaining emergency plans and delivering high standards

Qualifikationen

• Degree level education desirable or relevant industry experience with frontline service delivery knowledge.
• Previous exposure to highly pressured and multicultural environment in a supervisory role within a shift environment.
• Minimum 5-7 years' experience within service, hospitality, airline, or retail industry with relevant aviation/travel knowledge.
• Role requires mature personality with outstanding communication and supervisory skills.

Aufgaben

• Plan, direct, and supervise airport operation on shift to ensure safety, security, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Make day-to-day operational decisions to manage and mitigate safety and security risks.
• Identify and report safety and security occurrences in accordance with procedures and regulations.
• Coordinate VIP/MAAS, PRM and special category guest requirements as needed.
• Liaise with Guest Control, Network Control and SOC to manage disruption recovery and minimize guest impact.
