International Air Transport Association (IATA) in Geneva is seeking a senior leader to drive the Offers & Orders transformation within the Distribution Team. You will liaise with airlines, technology providers, and standards groups to deliver industry-ready solutions.

You will lead the annual Forum, manage speaker programs, organize workshops, and publish insights that accelerate the transition to new retailing standards. This role requires strong international collaboration and strategic vision.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Aviation Management, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in airline commercial systems, distribution, or digital transformation.
• Strong understanding of Offers & Orders processes and standards.
• Ability to facilitate industry discussions with executives and providers.
• Experience working independently in an international environment.

Aufgaben

• Lead coordination and delivery of the annual Offers & Orders Forum.
• Serve as the primary IATA focal point for airlines implementing Offers & Orders.
• Capture lessons learned and develop industry best practices.
• Organize workshops on transformation, approaches, and transition planning.
• Engage with airlines, vendors, and partners to monitor progress.
• Collect feedback and improve standards adoption.
• Coordinate with PSC to track standards development.
• Support annual industry surveys and maturity assessments.
• Produce insights and recommendations to accelerate transformation.
• Support strategic initiatives including Agentic AI opportunities.
