International Air Transport Association (IATA) seeks a Senior Data Modeler to shape and govern IATA's enterprise data models and standards. You will lead the evolution of data architectures, ensuring alignment with business goals, analytics, and AI initiatives.

You will collaborate with business and technology leaders to translate requirements into robust data models, maintain governance, and drive cross-functional data initiatives across the organisation.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Data Modelling or Information Architecture.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive adoption of enterprise data standards and governance.

Aufgaben

• Own, govern, define, and evolve Enterprise Information Models, Industry Data Models, Canonical Data Models, and related data artefacts across IATA.
• Translate business and industry requirements into conceptual, logical, and physical data models across enterprise domains.
• Design and support AI-ready data structures, semantic layers, knowledge models, and data products for analytics and AI use cases.
• Establish, maintain, promote, and enforce enterprise data modelling standards and information architecture principles.
• Lead the evolution of enterprise information architecture standards to support strategic priorities and emerging technologies.
• Lead engagement with senior stakeholders, Architects, and solution teams to translate capabilities into artefacts.
• Provide guidance to ensure consistency across data models and promote governance standards.
• Drive innovation and cross-functional initiatives that enhance enterprise data capabilities.
• Support evolution of semantic models and data strategies to enable analytics and AI.
