Job summary

Pilatus is seeking an Aircraft Sales Contract Administrator to support aircraft sales operations in Sarasota, FL. You will coordinate contracts, funding, documentation, and delivery activities while engaging customers and coordinating with internal teams.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in Business or Aviation Management and 3–5 years of experience in aviation sales operations or contract administration, with proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting complex aircraft transactions and contract administration.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with deadlines.
• Willingness to travel for training and customer visits.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage aircraft sales contracts and related documents.
• Coordinate funding activities, escrow, invoices, and payments.
• Track milestones, delivery coordination, and post-delivery actions.
• Interact with customers, OEMs, escrow companies, and internal teams.
• Support customer visits, demonstrations, and sales events.
• Prepare proposals, pricing summaries, and sales presentations.
• Manage confidential information with accuracy and discretion.
• Assist with additional sales operations and admin tasks.
