Job summary

Qualifications

• 0–2 years experience or student
• Fluent in English and German
• Interest in AI/ tech/ energy
• Clear and structured communication

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach relevant professionals (asset managers, O&M teams, operators)
• Engage prospects via LinkedIn, email, and outbound tools
• Run early conversations to understand workflows and challenges
• Introduce GAIA with real use cases and practical discussions
• Qualify opportunities and coordinate next steps (demos, calls)
• Capture field insights and feed back to product/marketing
• Maintain clean tracking in HubSpot
• Support webinars, campaigns, and events as needed
