Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering or AI solution architecture
• Proven track record of taking at least one AI/ML solution from concept to real-world production
• Working knowledge of cloud-based and on-premises AI infrastructure
• Sound understanding of AI governance and regulatory considerations, ideally within a regulated industry
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical depth for non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Harmonize AI tools and initiatives into one company-wide approach across teams
• Design and roll out new AI-driven workflows using agents, skills, and similar methods
• Own the AI infrastructure - cloud and on-premises - from architecture to deployment
• Advise projects on regulatory, compliance, and risk questions as the internal AI reference
• Vet and validate externally sourced AI components before they enter products or processes
• Grow AI literacy across the organization through mentoring, knowledge-sharing, and hands-on enablement
