Job summary

Cascination in Bern is seeking an AI/ML engineering leader to harmonize tools, design AI-driven workflows, and own the AI infrastructure across cloud and on‑premises. You will mentor teams, advise on governance, and validate external AI components before they enter products or processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering or AI solution architecture
• Proven track record of taking at least one AI/ML solution from concept to real-world production
• Working knowledge of cloud-based and on-premises AI infrastructure
• Sound understanding of AI governance and regulatory considerations, ideally within a regulated industry
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical depth for non-technical stakeholders
