Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced technical proficiency across design, development, and debugging.
• Experience with C#/Java or Python is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, IT, math, or related field.
• 10+ years of applied software or platform engineering experience.
• CI/CD delivery using GitHub, ADO and related tooling.
• Experience fine-tuning language models for NLP tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of solution or infrastructure development services for large or complex projects.
• Own design, development, delivery and maintenance of solutions, ensuring standards and compliance.
• Capture business and user requirements and translate into robust technical designs.
• Code, debug, test and troubleshoot across the software lifecycle.
• Provide advanced technical guidance and drive continuous improvement.
