• Willingness to maintain in-office presence (3+ days/week) within the assigned territory.

• Lead MongoDB GTM initiatives, collaborating with Marketing and Product Leadership to drive startup ecosystem penetration.
• Architect data-driven go-to-market strategies for the AI Native territory and identify growth opportunities.
• Drive executive-level engagement with startup founders, VCs, and decision-makers.
• Cultivate long-term relationships to secure new logos and establish partnerships, exceeding revenue targets.
• Develop deep product knowledge and position MongoDB as a thought leader.
