Bell Switzerland AG is seeking a high-impact leader to strategically and operationally develop our AI activities across the Bell Food Group. The role focuses on shaping the AI strategy, prioritising use cases, and implementing responsible AI within ERP/SAP ecosystems, driving measurable business value.

We expect a strong background in digitalisation, IT-business interface work, and hands-on experience turning AI use cases into ROI.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business Informatics or comparable qualification at the business-IT interface.
• Substantial practical experience in digitalisation and process/project management at the business-IT interface.
• In-depth understanding of AI models, tools, and strategic architectures.

• Develop the group-wide AI strategy, roadmap and vision; build AI infrastructure.
• Identify, evaluate and prioritise AI use cases with business units.
• Prepare cost-benefit analyses and provide decision-support to senior management.

• Strategy & Infrastructure: Developing the group-wide AI strategy, roadmap and vision, and establishing a suitable AI infrastructure
• Use Case Management: Identifying, evaluating and prioritising relevant AI use cases in collaboration with the business units
• Business Cases: Preparation of well-founded cost-benefit analyses and decision-making support for senior management
• System Integration: Technical and economic evaluation, selection and integration of suitable AI solutions into existing ERP/SAP systems
• Governance & Compliance: Ensuring the responsible and secure use of AI in line with regulatory requirements
• Culture & Change Management: Building a sustainable AI culture, establishing internal communities and providing targeted coaching for teams

What you bring with you

• Education: A degree in Business Informatics or a comparable qualification at the interface between business and IT
• Professional experience: Substantial practical experience in digitalisation, as well as in process and project management at the interface between business and IT
• AI expertise: In-depth understanding of modern AI models and tools, as well as experience in developing AI strategies and architectures
• Entrepreneurial mindset: Strong focus on results, with the ability to translate AI use cases into measurable business benefits (ROI)
• Communication: Strong facilitation and coaching skills to successfully act as a bridge-builder between business units, IT and management
• Mindset: A strong sense of responsibility for governance, combined with a pragmatic, action-oriented ‘doer’ mentality
