Bell Switzerland AG is seeking a high-impact leader to strategically and operationally develop our AI activities across the Bell Food Group. The role focuses on shaping the AI strategy, prioritising use cases, and implementing responsible AI within ERP/SAP ecosystems, driving measurable business value.

We expect a strong background in digitalisation, IT-business interface work, and hands-on experience turning AI use cases into ROI.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business Informatics or comparable qualification at the business-IT interface.
• Substantial practical experience in digitalisation and process/project management at the business-IT interface.
• In-depth understanding of AI models, tools, and strategic architectures.

Aufgaben

• Develop the group-wide AI strategy, roadmap and vision; build AI infrastructure.
• Identify, evaluate and prioritise AI use cases with business units.
• Prepare cost-benefit analyses and provide decision-support to senior management.
• Evaluate and integrate AI solutions into ERP/SAP systems.
• Ensure responsible, compliant AI use aligned with regulations.
• Foster an AI culture, build internal communities and coach teams.
