Job summary

Vontobel invites driven students to join their 6‑month Early Careers Internship starting 1 March 2027 in Zurich. You will support AI initiatives within HR, contribute to People & Organizational Development, and help craft internal communications.

What would your role be?

• Support AI initiatives, exploring how technology and data can enhance HR processes and decision‑making.
• Contribute to projects within People & Organizational Development, supporting initiatives that shape how we develop our people and organization.
• Take on creative communication tasks, including content writing and supporting the development of our HR intranet pages.
• Gain hands‑on experience with digital HR tools and systems, while learning from experts across the HR function.
• Support digital transformation projects and collaborate with teams such as People & Organizational Development, Talent Acquisition, and HR IT on a variety of initiatives.
• Collaborate across HR teams and gain broad exposure to different areas of the function, contributing to projects that have a real impact on our employees and organization.

What you need to apply

You are enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, or graduated within the last two years, in finance, technology or a related field. You have a genuine interest in the financial sector. You are fluent in English, written and spoken. German, French or Italian is a plus. You hold a valid work permit for the location you are applying to.
