Adobe's Brand Visibility team seeks an AI-native engineer to own the full build–measure–learn loop for a frontier AI product. You will sit with customers, prototype in real time, ship features, and build growth loops that connect to Adobe platforms, CRM, and reporting tools — ensuring activation, retention, and expansion are measured rather than guessed.

You will work end-to-end across backend, data pipelines, and frontend, while shaping AI engineering standards and mentoring peers.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years building and shipping production software as a generalist.
• Hands-on with AI-native tools like Codex or Claude Code.
• Ability to turn an ambiguous customer problem into a working prototype quickly.
• Sufficient analytics and data modeling to inform product growth funnels.
• Experience with cloud platforms and DevOps fundamentals.

Aufgaben

• Partner directly with customers — run technical discovery and rapidly prototype solutions.
• Own features end-to-end for Brand Visibility, from spec through validation, across backend services, data pipelines, and frontend.
• Build growth loops that connect Brand Visibility to Adobe platforms and related tools to measure activation and retention.
• Read funnels to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to remove them.
• Design and implement API- and MCP-level integrations across systems.
