Partner directly with customers during technical discovery, prototype solutions rapidly, and contribute to team-wide AI engineering standards while mentoring junior engineers in Basel, Switzerland.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of software engineering experience or relevant university degree with equivalent experience.
• Strong programming skills in JavaScript/Node.js or Python, across backend and frontend.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and integrating AI into development workflow.
• Familiarity with SEO concepts and how they affect content visibility.
• Solid DevOps fundamentals and cloud platform experience.

• Build and ship features for Brand Visibility, an AI-first product.
• Design and deliver features independently from spec to validation.
• Drive the full spec-driven lifecycle with validation criteria before implementation.
• Configure AI harnesses and write guardrails to catch mistakes before ship.
• Design and implement API- and MCP-level integrations, ingesting data from SEO/GEO platforms.
• Collaborate with customers through technical discovery and rapid prototyping.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to AI engineering standards.
