Adobe Basel-based Brand Visibility team seeks an AI‑native software engineer to own features end‑to‑end for AI‑driven enterprise visibility. You will design backend and frontend, ship data pipelines, and mentor teammates while partnering with customers to prototype solutions and encode architectural knowledge for AI agents.

Required 3+ years in software engineering or equivalent, strong JavaScript/Node.js or Python skills, and experience with cloud platforms.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of software engineering experience or a relevant university degree with equivalent professional experience.
• Strong programming skills in JavaScript/Node.js or Python; comfortable across backend and frontend.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms and solid DevOps fundamentals.
• Ability to translate ambiguous customer problems into actionable specs and working prototypes quickly.
• Familiarity with SEO/GEO concepts and how they influence content visibility in AI experiences.

Aufgaben

• Build and ship features for Brand Visibility — an AI‑first product that helps enterprises optimize their digital presence for AI‑driven discovery.
• Design and deliver features independently, from spec through validation, across backend services and data pipelines.
• Drive the full spec‑driven lifecycle — write validation criteria before implementation, use multi‑session patterns for larger work.
• Configure AI harness setups and write guardrails that catch mistakes before they ship.
• Design and implement API‑ and MCP‑level integrations, ingesting and correlating data from SEO/GEO platforms such as Semrush.
• Partner directly with customers: run technical discovery and rapidly prototype solutions to validate ideas.
• Encode architectural knowledge so AI agents and teammates can build on your work confidently.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team‑wide AI engineering standards.
