Zusammenfassung

LatticeFlow AI is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to own outcomes from first POV to renewal. You’ll define success criteria with customers, guide technical deployments, and ensure the value of our AI governance platform is clear and measurable.

You’ll collaborate with the Frontend/Deployment Engineers, manage onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal readiness, and build trusted relationships by translating usage signals into proactive actions.

Qualifikationen

• A solid technical foundation and comfort with APIs and AI/ML workflows in enterprise environments.
• Experience in pre-sales activities such as demos, POVs, or technical evaluations.
• Background in post-sales delivery within a B2B SaaS or AI/ML product environment.
• Strong commercial sense with understanding of renewals and expansion signals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to converse with both engineers and executives.

Aufgaben

• Lead pre-sales engagements from a success perspective, define success criteria and drive the path from POV to close.
• Collaborate with the FDE to ensure deployments meet defined success criteria and outcomes.
• Own the post-signature journey: onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal.
• Maintain trusted relationships, monitor health signals, and translate usage into proactive actions.
• Ensure renewal readiness with clear value demonstration well before renewal discussions.
• Collaborate with Sales on expansion opportunities and bridge customer outcomes with growth.
• Act as the voice of customers, feeding product insights from the field.
