Experis Switzerland is seeking a project leader to drive AI governance initiatives in Zurich. The role covers the full project life cycle from planning to go-live, with cross-functional collaboration across business, compliance and technology teams.

A strong background in regulatory frameworks and data risk management is required, along with excellent stakeholder communication. This position starts as soon as possible and runs until 31 March 2027, with Swiss work permit eligibility for EU

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in project delivery, ideally in a compliance or regulatory environment.
• Solid understanding of compliance frameworks and regulations.
• Familiarity with AI regulations, data management and risk management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project activities in the area of AI Governance.
• Manage the entire project life cycle, from planning and scoping through to go-live.
• Gather, analyse and document business requirements.
• Track implementation progress and coordinate testing activities.
• Define and measure success criteria after go-live.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project and compliance risks.
• Engage and align stakeholders across business, compliance and technology teams.
