Job summary

Nicoll Curtin is seeking an experienced Project Manager or Business Analyst with a background in compliance, regulatory projects or AI Governance to join our client and contribute to initiatives shaping the bank’s approach to AI Governance.

You will lead AI Governance related activities, manage the full project lifecycle, translate needs into clear requirements and collaborate with business, compliance and technical stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. End date: 31.03.2027.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in project management or business analysis, preferably in compliance or regulatory environments.
• Solid understanding of compliance frameworks and regulations.
• Familiarity with AI regulations, data management and risk management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Knowledge of data science or ML concepts is a plus.
• Experience implementing AI use cases or AI-related projects is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• End date: 31.03.2027.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI Governance projects from initiation to go-live.
• Manage full project lifecycle: planning, requirements, implementation tracking, testing, success metrics.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate project, compliance and implementation risks.
• Collaborate with business, compliance and technical stakeholders for delivery.
• Support stakeholder engagement and change management throughout the project.
