Job summary

Union Bancaire Privée in Geneva invites a Data & Process Analyst to join the Compliance Projects & Tools team. You will understand current compliance processes, map data flows, and propose clearer, automated workflows using Python, SQL and AI-assisted tools.

You will deliver requirements, specifications, tests and clear documentation while collaborating with Compliance and IT teams. The role combines data analysis, process design and project delivery, guided by a Change Manager in Compliance

Qualifications

• Enrolled at EPFL or equivalent Swiss university in a quantitative program.
• Solid foundation in statistics and data handling; AI projects are a plus.
• Comfortable working with data and documenting findings for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Map and document compliance processes, controls and data flows.
• Extract, clean and structure data from internal banking systems.
• Build scripts and prototypes in Python and SQL to automate tasks.
• Contribute to end‑to‑end compliance projects: requirements, specs, tests.
• Translate analytical findings into clear materials for non‑technical audiences.
