Code Compass is building an AI agent platform that combines large language models, proprietary AI tech, and enterprise integrations to orchestrate intelligent agents for complex customer requests. We seek an AI Engineer to join a small, high-impact team working on agentic AI systems deployed in enterprise environments.

You will design AI agents, develop production ML solutions in Python, advance NLP/LLM techniques, and integrate systems across CRM/ERP ecosystems while working in a hybrid setup

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience building and deploying ML systems.
• Experience with LLM orchestration or agent frameworks (e.g. LangGraph).
• Experience with AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes.

Aufgaben

• Design and build AI agents and multi-agent orchestration systems.
• Develop production-ready ML solutions using Python.
• Research and implement advanced NLP and LLM techniques.
• Integrate AI systems with enterprise platforms (CRM, ERP, knowledge systems).
• Deploy scalable AI solutions into real-world production environments.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams.
