lastminute.com is seeking an AI Automation Engineer to enhance the traveller's journey by building scalable AI-driven workflows. You will design and maintain production-grade automations on our self-hosted n8n Enterprise platform (AWS EKS) and integrate external AI tools.

In this role you’ll collaborate with data engineers and DevOps, apply NLP and RAG techniques, and help empower Citizen Developer initiatives across the company, while ensuring secure, reliable delivery.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of hands-on AI development delivering real business impact.
• Fast, practical builder who moves quickly from idea to prototype.
• End-to-end problem solver from idea to deployment.
• Strong technical troubleshooting using logs and dev tools.
• Security-aware with understanding of authentication and credentials handling.
• Effective communicator who can demo and explain complex ideas.

Aufgaben

• Build and scale n8n automation workflows across the organization.
• Design, build, and maintain production-grade workflows on our self-hosted n8n Enterprise platform (AWS EKS).
• Connect AI tools with systems via APIs and low-code connectors.
• Contribute to the governed knowledge layer and RAG workflows.
• Collaborate with data engineers, DevOps, and other developers to ensure reliability.
