Pharmaceutical research is seeking a senior AI/ML architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable AI solutions and data pipelines. You will drive end-to-end product delivery, establish CI/CD practices, and shape foundational architecture across the stack.

Applicants should have a Master's with 5+ years or a PhD with 3+ years in CS or related fields, with strong ML theory, statistics, and experience in GenAI or agents considered a plus.

Formación

• Master's degree with 5+ years of experience or PhD with 3+ years in CS or related field.
• Experience across the ML lifecycle including GPU optimization and cloud-native architecture.
• Strong foundation in statistics and ML theory with hands-on AI/ML frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical design, architecture, and implementation of agentic AI solutions and data pipelines
• Drive end-to-end delivery of high-impact products, establishing CI/CD and documentation
• Shape foundational architecture decisions and champion code review practices
• Resolve bottlenecks and contribute across the stack as needed
• Stay current with emerging technologies and foster continuous learning
