Job summary

Pharmaceutical research is seeking a senior AI/ML architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable AI solutions and data pipelines. You will drive end-to-end product delivery, establish CI/CD practices, and shape foundational architecture across the stack.

Applicants should have a Master's with 5+ years or a PhD with 3+ years in CS or related fields, with strong ML theory, statistics, and experience in GenAI or agents considered a plus.

Profile

• Master's degree with 5+ years of experience, or PhD with 3+ years, in Computer Science or related field
• Experience across the ML lifecycle including GPU optimization, model performance, and cloud-native architecture
• Solid knowledge of statistics and ML theory, plus AI/ML frameworks and toolsets
• Track record delivering AI/ML products and guiding cross-functional teams
• Strong communication skills, able to translate technical complexity for diverse audiences
• Experience with biological data, workflow automation, GenAI, or agents is a plus
