Besso AG in Switzerland is seeking a Marketing Manager to build its marketing function at the intersection of trade regulation and AI. This hands-on role reports to the CEO and collaborates with founders, product, and regulatory experts to translate complex trade rules into credible, compelling marketing.

You will own the marketing strategy, ABM for global FMCG and CPG clients, and lead initiatives from content creation to website optimization.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience in enterprise SaaS or technology.
• Writes clear, credible copy for senior B2B audiences.
• Experience building demand generation or outbound programs with measurable pipeline.
• Hands-on ABM and B2B outbound tools experience.
• Experience managing websites in Webflow, including SEO.
• Experience managing external agencies and vendors.
• Able to build marketing from scratch with limited resources.
• Works well with a CEO and executive team; concise communicator.
• Fluent in English; based in Switzerland.

Aufgaben

• Own marketing strategy, budget, and pipeline targets, reporting on marketing sourced pipeline and conversion.
• Lead ABM for global food & beverage, FMCG, and CPG enterprises with targeted messaging.
• Build an AI powered signal engine to detect trigger events and identify affected accounts.
• Own LinkedIn and email outbound campaigns for lead generation, including automation and testing.
• Produce LinkedIn content on trade law, tariffs, and FTA developments to drive engagement.
• Manage outbound agencies and vendors as main point of contact.
• Lead development of the website with external designers, improving SEO and lead conversion.
• Run marketing experiments and turn successful tactics into repeatable processes.
• Support the commercial team with sales materials and represent at industry events.
• Do whatever else is needed in a startup environment.
