Zusammenfassung

Sonar is seeking an experienced ITSM and Atlassian platform expert to own and evolve a multi-site internal technology ecosystem. You will design, build, and operationalize AI-native systems and integrations, with a strong focus on Jira Service Management, Atlassian Cloud, and automation that scales across the organization.

This role drives enterprise integrations (Slack, HR systems), CMDB/Asset management, and ITIL-aligned processes, while partnering with HR, IT, Security, and finance to deliver

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience with AI-native platforms (Claude/Anthropic, MCP) and agents.
• 5+ years admin experience with Jira Service Management, Jira Software, Confluence Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and ITIL frameworks.

Aufgaben

• Own and evolve a multi-platform internal tech ecosystem with Atlassian stack.
• Design, build, and operationalize AI-native capabilities and integrations.
• Administer Jira Service Management including workflows, SLAs, and service catalog.
• Manage Atlassian Cloud suite governance, access, templates, and health monitoring.
• Create scalable automation using Atlassian Automation and REST APIs.
• Develop enterprise integrations between Atlassian and Slack, HR systems, etc.
• Maintain CMDB/Assets data integrity and lifecycle.
• Define ITIL-aligned processes and support audits (ITGC).
• Partner with internal teams to identify automation opportunities.
• Contribute to platform roadmap with BizTech BackOffice lead.
