Job summary

Debiopharm, a privately owned Swiss biopharmaceutical company, is seeking a Senior Manager of Statistical Programming in Lausanne. You will lead a team of programmers and data scientists to advance statistical programming, data science initiatives, and digitalization efforts across clinical projects.

You will drive AI adoption, ensure high-quality deliverables, and collaborate with Biostatistics, Data Management, IT and Clinical Development to align with regulatory requirements and SOPs.

Qualifications

• MSc in Statistics, Biostatistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• At least 7 years of statistical programming experience in pharmaceutical clinical development.
• Extensive knowledge of SAS software and computing techniques.
• Thorough understanding of clinical trial design, reporting processes, and software development/validation methodologies.
• Proactive communicator with the ability to adapt quickly to changing organizational needs and maintain successful cross-functional partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Statistical and Clinical Data Science Programming.
• Lead the roadmap for AI adoption and new technical solutions for integrating and reporting clinical data.
• Accountable for the quality and timelines of all programming deliverables (datasets, TLFs) for study reports and integrated summaries.
• Provide technical guidance to CRO partners to ensure efficient, integrated project reporting and adherence to standards.
• Ensure all activities strictly adhere to GCP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements for electronic data submissions.
