Job summary

CSL Behring AG in Glattbrugg is looking for an Associate Director, Statistical Programming to lead the development and maintenance of our statistical programming capabilities, ensuring regulatory obligations are met. You will collaborate with the Director and statisticians to align deliverables with CSL standards and manage internal or CRO resources.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in clinical and/or statistical programming in a CRO/pharmaceutical setting using SAS.
• Strong understanding of clinical programming processes and standards.
• Advanced experience with SAS and SAS Macros; CDISC CDASH/SDTM/ADaM knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRO delivery or in-house programming of datasets, outputs, and DDT files for trials.
• Design and implement complex specifications for CDS/DCI analyses and reporting.
• Coordinate exploratory analyses, regulatory responses, and publications support.
• Mentor programmers and provide feedback to managers.
• Ensure compliance with programming processes and strategy; drive automation and AI adoption.
