Qualifikationen

• PhD or equivalent in Pharmacometrics, mathematics, statistics, or similar field.
• 3–5 years of PMx experience; oncology experience is a plus.
• Hands-on PK/PD modeling with Monolix/NONMEM; strong programming in R/Python.
• Knowledge of PBPK tools (SimCYP, PK-Sim, Gastro-Plus) is an asset.
• GCP/GCLP familiarity and regulatory guideline knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Perform PMx activities across non-clinical to clinical stages, primarily oncology programs.
• Conduct modeling and simulation activities in line with regulatory guidelines and SOPs.
• Contribute to developing and promoting innovative PMx methodologies.
• Develop and execute model‑informed drug development strategies.
• Communicate PMx results in a cross‑functional environment.
• Support PMx documentation for regulatory or cross‑functional activities; engage with Health Authorities as needed.
• Contribute to external scientific communications and attend conferences to stay updated.
