Thomson Reuters in Zug, Switzerland, or New York, USA, seeks an experienced Manager, Internal Audit Transformation & Operations to lead automation, analytics, and AI-enabled initiatives across audit, forensics, and ICFR testing. You will drive sprint rhythm, backlog discipline, and cross-functional delivery while safeguarding scope and quality.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Transformation & Technology, you will optimize work allocation, resourcing, and capacity planning, mentor teams

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in risk, internal audit, governance, risk, or compliance environments; transformation experience essential.
• Strong delivery leadership in agile frameworks; SAFe or similar preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multi-workstream programs across technology, business, and compliance teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own sprint rhythm, ceremonies, and backlog grooming across transformation work streams.
• Operate mechanisms of the IA function: work allocation, resourcing, and capacity planning.
• Maintain the transformation backlog with prioritization and clear scope decisions.
• Manage pilot dependencies and resource allocation across concurrent initiatives; identify blockers early.
• Track velocity, capacity, and burndown; report risks to leadership and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain program dashboards and deliver visibility on pilot health and delivery confidence.
