Capgemini Invent in Switzerland seeks a Strategy and Transformation Consultant to turn AI and data strategies into tangible business outcomes. You will work with AI-native delivery, data governance, and modern data foundations to scale client solutions across industries.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, using GenAI, analytics, and automation to prototype and deliver value while building reusable assets and offerings for future engagements.

Qualifikationen

• 2-4 years of experience in strategy, transformation, data & analytics, AI, digital, or related field.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to connect business priorities and technology implications.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI, agentic AI, analytics, automation, app builders, workflow orchestration, data products, or AI-enabled transformation initiatives.

Aufgaben

• Help clients turn AI, data, and transformation ambition into practical business value through AI-native consulting.
• Work with frontier partner ecosystem (Microsoft, OpenAI, AWS, Google) to move from pilots to enterprise deployment.
• Contribute to design of prototypes, pilots, agents, copilots, workflows, and other implementation-oriented deliverables.
