Capgemini Invent Zurich/Genève seeks a Strategy and Transformation Managing Consultant to lead AI, data, and transformation engagements. You will drive value, shape strategies, translate ambitions into pilots, and guide multidisciplinary teams across design, data, and technology to scalable outcomes.

The role requires 6–10 years in strategy/tech consulting, English proficiency, and business-level German (Zurich) or French (Geneva).

Qualifikationen

• 6–10 years of professional experience in management consulting within strategy, transformation, technology, data, or digital consulting
• Proven ability to lead client engagements end-to-end from framing to delivery
• Strong understanding of AI strategy, data & analytics, governance and operating model transformation
• Expertise with modern AI and data tech stacks (Azure, AWS, GCP, GitHub, LangChain, Claude, n8n, Power Automate)
• Ability to bridge strategy and execution with multidisciplinary teams
• Commercial mindset to grow client relationships and shape new offerings
• Excellent written and spoken English; business-level German (Zurich) or French (Geneva) is mandatory
