Zusammenfassung

Genesys in Zurich (flexible) is seeking a Lead AI Solutions Architect to design end-to-end AI-powered customer experiences and ensure scalability, security and operational readiness. You will define architectures for large programs, integrate Genesys Cloud with AI services, and lead technical design discussions with customers.

You will mentor consultants, support presales, and establish reusable assets while guiding engagements across global teams.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in solution architecture or enterprise software delivery with AI/CX focus.
• Hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud or similar CCaaS/CPaaS.
• Proven track record deploying AI-powered solutions in production.
• Strong knowledge of cloud patterns and integration tech.
• Experience leading architecture workshops and documenting designs.
• Ability to translate complex tech to business terms.
• Familiarity with responsible AI and data governance.
• Industry experience in telecoms, financial services, or airlines is a plus.
