Zusammenfassung

Accelleron seeks an AI & Data Program Lead for the Medium & Low-Speed division to define, lead, and drive the AI program implementation. You will collaborate with departments to analyze processes, identify AI opportunities to improve efficiency and quality, and ensure successful AI integration across the division.

You will lead AI tool evaluation, MVP development, and ensure scalable, secure solutions within the digital architecture while reporting progress and business impact to leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• A business degree or MBA is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coordinate the AI project portfolio in the Medium & Low-speed Division from ideation through implementation and post-review.
• Own key AI initiatives, drive execution, ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Build partnerships with internal stakeholders, IS team and AI team.
• Develop business cases by identifying opportunities to deploy AI and measuring impact.
• Define initiative priorities with stakeholders and align with enterprise roadmaps.
• Lead AI-specific workstreams and deliverables with project managers when needed.
• Define and track KPIs for AI solutions and report progress to leadership.
• Support change management, enable training and internal communications.
