Zusammenfassung

Accelleron is seeking a leader to define, drive, and implement the AI & Data Program within the Medium & Low-speed Division. You will report to the global head of Applications & Product Portfolio and collaborate with departments and project managers to analyze processes, identify AI opportunities, and ensure successful integration of AI solutions aligned with division strategy.

This role focuses on MVPs, KPI tracking, change management, and building business cases by quantifying AI impact.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, AI or related field; master preferred.
• 3–4 years business experience, preferably in operations or process design.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and AI solutions.
• Familiarity with machine learning and deep learning frameworks.
• Experience in AI strategy design and deployment.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coordinate AI project portfolio from ideation through implementation and post-review.
• Own key AI initiatives, driving execution and alignment with objectives.
• Serve as primary AI contact, partnering with IS and AI teams.
• Develop business cases by identifying AI opportunities and measuring impact.
• Define initiative priorities and align with enterprise roadmaps.
• Collaborate with project managers and lead AI-specific workstreams.
• Define and track KPIs for AI solutions and report progress.
• Support change management including training and internal communications.
• Identify AI deployment risks and develop mitigation strategies.
