Zusammenfassung

Accelleron is seeking a leader to define, drive, and implement the AI & Data Program within the Medium & Low-speed Division. You will report to the global head of Applications & Product Portfolio and collaborate with departments and project managers to analyze processes, identify AI opportunities, and ensure successful integration of AI solutions aligned with division strategy.

This role focuses on MVPs, KPI tracking, change management, and building business cases by quantifying AI impact.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, AI or related field; master preferred.
• 3–4 years business experience, preferably in operations or process design.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and AI solutions.
• Familiarity with machine learning and deep learning frameworks.
• Experience in AI strategy design and deployment.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

In this role you will be responsible for defining, leading, and driving the implementation of the AI & Data Program within the Medium & Low-speed Division.

Reporting to the global head of Applications & Product Portfolio, you will collaborate with departments and project managers to analyze processes, identify AI opportunities to enhance efficiency and quality, and ensure successful integration of AI solutions. Align all AI-driven initiatives with the strategic objectives of the Division, fostering innovation, continuous improvement, and digital transformation.

Your responsibilities:

Program Leadership & Delivery

• Lead and coordinate the AI project portfolio in the Medium & Low-speed Division from ideation through implementation and post-review.
• Take ownership of key AI initiatives in the Medium & Low-speed Division, driving execution when needed, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Act as the primary contact for AI in the Medium & Low-speed Division, building strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, the IS team and the AI team.
• Shape and support the development of business cases by identifying opportunities to deploy AI solutions and measuring the expected impact.
• Define initiative priorities in collaboration with stakeholders and ensure alignment with enterprise roadmaps.
• Collaborate with project managers and, where necessary, take a lead role in managing AI-specific workstreams and deliverables.
• Define and track KPIs for AI solutions, regularly reporting progress and business impact to leadership.
• Support change management to ensure adoption of AI tools, including enabling training, internal comms, and best practice sharing.
• Identify risks in AI deployment and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with IS and business teams.

AI Tools & Technology Leadership

• Drive the evaluation and selection of AI tools and technologies that best fit business needs, in collaboration with IT and end users.
• Take the lead in shaping and developing Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) or pilots to quickly test and validate value creation, in alignment with IS and the AI team.
• Partner with IS and the AI team to ensure scalable, secure, and integrated solutions within the broader digital architecture.
• Act as a trusted technology partner to the Service Division, advocating for business needs in IT and AI forums.
• Stay up to date on emerging AI trends and assess their relevance for service operations, making proactive recommendations for exploration or adoption.

Your background:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related field. Master’s degree preferred. A business degree or MBA is a plus.
• At least 3-4 years business experience, preferably in operations or process design.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and AI solutions.
• Familiarity with Machine Learning, Deep Learning/AI Frameworks.
• Demonstrable experience in AI strategy design and deployment.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
