Zusammenfassung

Enterprise Bot, a Zurich-based leader in GenAI, Conversational AI, and automation, seeks a Customer Success Manager to guide customers from discovery to measurable outcomes. You’ll configure AI bots, manage integrations, and drive adoption across global clients, collaborating with product and engineering to optimize ROI.

The role requires German/Swiss-German and strong English, with French/Spanish a plus; 3–5 years in SaaS customer success or related fields and a degree in Business/CS.

Qualifikationen

• Native-level German/Swiss-German required with strong English communication.
• French and Spanish are a plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years in Customer Success, PM, Implementation, or Technical Account Management in SaaS/automation.
• Experience in partner enablement, training, mentoring, and enabling implementation partners.

Aufgaben

• Onboarding Navigator: introduce new customers with clear roadmaps and KPIs.
• Solution Implementer: configure AI bots, automation workflows, and integrations.
• Testing & QA advocate: coordinate UAT and ensure quality of bots.
• Optimization partner: monitor performance, suggest improvements and ROI gains.
• Engagement Conductor: maintain proactive customer relationships and reviews.
• Relationship architect: build long-term customer trust and growth.
• Adoption catalyst: conduct trainings and enablement workshops.
• Feedback Loop Coordinator: translate feedback into product actions and coordinate with engineering.
• Growth Scout: identify renewal and upselling opportunities with Sales.
