Zusammenfassung

CERN in Geneva seeks an experienced Agile Coach to guide Lean/Agile practices across two transformation projects involving ERP and HCM implementations. You will coach, mentor, and train cross‑functional teams and business partners, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

You will lead agile workshops, grow maturity, coordinate with stakeholders, and promote lean portfolio management.

Qualifikationen

Experience with Scrum teams in a scaled Agile context.
Experience with Product Management frameworks.
Experience with business transformation projects (ERP or HCM implementations).

Aufgaben

Cooperate in coordinating the business transformation projects.
Train individuals and teams in agile techniques and frameworks.
Design a strategy for improving collaboration and flow of information between software development teams and business stakeholders.
Coach and facilitate agile workshops for product teams, business representatives, and other stakeholders.
Work with the Lean/Agile Chapter to increase knowledge of Lean/Agile practices.
Promote an agile mindset and foster high-performing team dynamics and accountability.
This role includes team supervision responsibilities.
