CERN in Geneva seeks an Agile Coach to mentor teams and business partners on lean-agile practices in software development, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

You will guide the Lean/Agile chapter, drive group events, and support two transformation projects spanning Finance, Procurement, Logistics and HR, coordinating with stakeholders to raise agile maturity.

Aufgaben

• Coach, mentor, and train teams and business partners on lean-agile practices in software development.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across the group.
• Drive Lean/Agile chapter activities and group events to grow agile maturity of internal actors.
• Coordinate cross-functional work across transformation projects in Finance, Procurement, Logistics and HR.
• Increase awareness, acceptance and embrace of agile ways of working among external stakeholders.
